I was thinking of doing like a stand at a market or something, selling soups – mostly vegan/vegetarian, salsa’s and dips, chips and pita like flatbread, and who knows some other little items like hummus – all home made for a family business to do with my son as part of his homeschooling.

But how could I go about doing this?

Are there certain laws and regulations about selling / preparing food items for stuff like this? Where would we start?
